78: Diwali Special: Besan Laddoo


1 cup gram flour (besan)
3/4 cup sugar
5-6 Tbsp. ghee (clarified butter)
1 tsp. cardamom powder
Few chopped and roasted almonds, raisins

Heat the ghee in a pan and roast the gram flour on low heat till nice aroma comes and the colour starts changing 7-8 minutes. Mix the rest of the ingredients with it well. Roast for another 5 minutes. Turn off the heat and let the mixture cool. Make laddoos of desired size.
